About Us
Buying a shipping container shouldn’t be burdensome or leave you wondering what you’ll get or if you paid too much.
By physically stocking quality shipping containers at our Yard in Frederick, MD, our customers can come in and hand select the shipping container that best fits their needs and leave with peace of mind. For those who live further away we can send photos of the specific unit you are interested in buying.
Unfortunately, this is not the case with many brokers. Most customers are forced to get what is offered to them “next off the stack” and don’t have the benefit of choosing their container.
We believe in giving the customer the best information and selection so that they can be confident in their purchase.
Other shipping container companies are brokers who operate in different parts of the country and out source the delivery to 3rd parties. Q3 Shipping Containers buys and delivers, all in house.
We are a local company in the Frederick, Maryland area that is family and Veteran owned.
“Warrenty”
Q3 guarantees our New and Used Storage Containers for a Period of 1 year after the date of purchase to be weathertight and free of leaks from downward pouring water such as rain and snow. Q3 also guarantees our Containers for the same period year after the date of purchase to be free of structural compromise, and will retain the ability to store goods securely.
Evaluation: Any warranty requests will be evaluated by a Q3 Representative and determination of validity will be made within a reasonable period of time. Customer must supply verification of conditions to the satisfaction of Q3. All warranty determinations are at the sole discretion of Q3 and its Representatives. The choice to repair, replace or compensate under warranty are at the sole discretion of Q3 and its Representatives.
Requirements: The Container must be on a non-shifting foundation that is above grade not susceptible to standing water. The Container must be maintained to be level, plumb and neither twisted or racked. Weight must be evenly and reasonably distributed on the flooring of the of the container.
Conditions and or/usage that Void and Nullify Q3 Warranty: Items stored on top of the container. Backfilling; any material in contact with exterior of Container. Modification of Container. Unreasonable pressure of any goods or items on the walls, floor, doors or ceiling on Container. Damage to Container after purchase. Damage to Container door seal/gasket after purchase. Earthquakes and/or Earth movement. War. Civil Unrest.
Exclusions: Q3 does NOT warranty or cover any item placed inside the container - only the Container itself.
